The 2025 ELM Conference took place on June 6th, 2025, at the Victoria Renaissance Hotel in Harlem. This year's event featured a Key Address by Mayor Steven Reed, a fireside chat with Mayors Leonardo Williams and Justin Bibb moderated by Romaine Bostick, and remarks from honorable speakers Mark Levine and Antonio Delgado.
