With sponsorship from Trinity Church Wall Street Philanthropies, the conversation will explore how development can also support community impact, economic opportunity, and inclusive growth across New York City.

Speakers will share insights into major projects, partnerships, and the vision behind Hudson Square’s evolution, as well as how philanthropy and responsible real estate development can work together to strengthen neighborhoods and create lasting opportunities for the city.

Bhakti Mirchandani is Managing Director of Responsible Investing at Trinity Church Wall Street. Previously, Bhakti was Managing Director at FCLTGlobal , ESG Advisor to Corbin Capital, an investment management strategist at One William Street Capital Management and Lehman Brothers, and a sustainable finance banker at Barclays Capital and Unitus Capital. She also spent 10 years pioneering microinsurance, m icrofinance CLOs, and micropensions. Bhakti teaches an impact finance class that she developed from scratch in Columbia’s Masters in Sustainability Management Program, contributes monthly sustainable investing articles to Forbes.com, serves on the Board of Commissioners for the New York State Insurance Fund, and is a life member at the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a BA, MBA, and MPA from Harvard. Most importantly, she is the proud mom of a spirited 3.5 year old.

Director, Property Management

Tim McCahill is Director of Property Management for the Hudson Square Portfolio, a 13-building, 6MM SF campus in the Hudson Square neighborhood of downtown Manhattan. A member of the transition team when Hines assumed management of the portfolio in 2016, Tim served as property manager and senior property manager for various Hudson Square buildings before assuming his current role in 2025. Tim was born in Beijing, China, to U.S. diplomats and grew up in Asia, Canada and Europe. He was a reporter and editor at The Associated Press and Conde Nast prior to joining Hines in 2013.

His experience spans the full project lifecycle, where he is responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes while managing risk, schedule, and cost.

Schedule a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with the Trinity Church/Hudson Square Properties team to discuss upcoming contracting opportunities, including general contracting, repairs, and maintenance services. Contractors should bring a company one-sheet or brochure and have a minimum of five years of experience working in Class A office buildings. Selected firms will have the opportunity to introduce their capabilities and explore potential vendor partnerships and future prequalification opportunities.
