What Happened at ELM 2022? 

After a long pandemic NYREC was back in action with a sold out ELM conference at Columbia University's, Alfred Lerner Hall.  The conference featured over 200 attendees, with 2 Keynote addresses by R. Donahue Peebles, CEO of Peebles Corp. and Adolfo Carrión Jr., Commissioner of HPD. The 8 hour event also featured 8 exclusive panel sessions with prominent leaders in the industry.
