 Mural Real Estate

Robin Zeigler is Founder & CEO of MURAL Real Estate Partners. MURAL is a privately- owned, full-service real estate company that aims to spur economic development through mixed-use developments in emerging and underserved markets. She was formerly Chief Operating Officer for Cedar Realty Trust. Robin began at Cedar Realty Trust in March 2016 and was responsible for the operations of the fully-integrated real estate investment trust’s nine million square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers as well as the redevelopment of its mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Cedar, Ms. Zeigler worked at Federal Realty Investment Trust as Chief Operating Officer for the MidAtlantic Region. In that capacity she was responsible for the operations of a portfolio of over 40 shopping centers and five mixed-use development projects representing approximately 7.3 million square feet. Additionally, Ms. Zeigler provided oversight and strategic direction on mixed-use development and redevelopment projects in the region. Ms. Zeigler holds a BS in Accounting from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Robin is on the board of directors for three public companies: Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust, RLJ Lodging Trust, and NETSTREIT. She is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and sits on the Executive Committee of the ULI NY Advisory Board as Chair of Mission Advancement. She also serves as REEC mentor and a ULI Excellence in Development Awards Juror.

NABHOOD

Dr. Andrew “Andy” Ingraham is the founder and president of the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators & Developers (NABHOOD) and tourism marketing agency, Horizon’s International Group Inc.. Born in the Bahamas and based in Miami, Ingraham has fused culture and commerce throughout his 30-year career, with a focus on African American, multicultural and Caribbean tourism. Ingraham and his partners started NABHOOD in 2001 to promote black ownership, management and development of franchised and other hotels. At the time, there were no African American-owned franchised hotels. Today there are over 100,000 hotel rooms which are African American-owned or controlled and NABHOOD has forged partnerships with major brands including Marriott, Hilton, Choice Hotels and Wyndham to establish programs that enable African American, women and other minorities to participate in this large and growing business. Ingraham has served appointments with the National Tourism Advisory Committee for the National Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the White House Conference on Tourism, and consulted with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, the US Travel Board, Vibe Music Conference, FUBU Y2G, Impact, Revolt Music Conference, the island of St. Maarten and the Semsamar Group. He was instrumental in bringing the American Tennis Association(ATA) and what is now the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) to Miami. He has shared his expertise as a speaker for many industry conferences including the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), Governor’s Conference of Florida, Caribbean Ministers’ Conference and the National Association of Black McDonald’s Owners Association. Ingraham studied at the Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica and at Miami Dade College and Florida International University in Miami, Florida.

Lam Group

Richard oversees all financial reporting and accounting functions at Lam Group. Richard brings with him knowledge and experience over the processes and functions of financial reporting from his career in public accounting. Through this experience he has played an integral role in establishing the necessary controls to ensure proper and effective reporting. Richard is a graduate of University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

AWH Partners

Mr. Cooley is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AWH Partners. Mr. Cooley is responsible for overseeing all executive aspects of the firm, including setting the strategic direction and oversight of the company’s investment, development, and management divisions. Prior to founding AWH Partners, Mr. Cooley served as Vice President at the New York based Related Companies for nearly 8 years, where he managed numerous investments through all stages of the acquisition and development process, totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Cooley remains actively involved in AWH’s pursuit of value-add, distressed and opportunistic hospitality investment opportunities. Mr. Cooley received his BA in Political Science from Colgate University and currently serves as a Trustee on Colgate’s Board of Trustees. He also co-chairs the Colgate Real Estate Council and in 2020 was awarded the Maroon Citation for significant and invaluable personal contributions to Colgate.
