Jerrod Delaine- Moderator

Jerrod spent the first five years of his career at Forum Architecture and Interior Design, the majority of his efforts focused on project managing affordable housing projects in the southeast region of the United States. As an academic, he serves as an adjunct professor at both his alma mater, NYU, and Pratt Institute, educating Graduate and Undergraduate students on development, public-private partnerships, urban economics, and portfolio management. He have over 12 years of experience in real estate development, with an expertise in affordable housing and faith based development. Jerrod is also thought leader in urban housing policy. He is the founder and CEO of The Delaine Companies, a value-based company committed to utilizing access to capital markets and improving communities through real estate finance and development.
Ericka Keller
CEO
Ericka Keller truly has a heart for community development and revitalization. Attending school on full academic scholarships and graduating Magna Cum Laude, Ericka earned her Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science, and Professional Certification degrees from New York University, Brooklyn College, and the College of St. Rose, respectively. Ericka commenced her career as a junior high school teacher and served 10 years as NYC Department of Education Principal before taking over the family business of construction and development in 2012. Ericka built upon Brisa Builders Corp’s history as a HUD 202 General Contractor building senior housing for faith-based sponsors and in 2016 opened her own company Brisa Builders Development LLC, an organization focused on the development of affordable housing with faith-based organizations and church partners. Since 2016, Brisa Builders Development LLC has currently completed over 660 units of affordable housing with more than 108,575 sq. ft. of commercial/retail and community facility spaces, many with faith-based partners. The company currently has over 700 units in predevelopment in NYC including 233 units as the selected developer for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Brownsville RFP- Site B in 2018. In 2019, she partnered with a colleague to expand the business outside of the NYC metro area by forming Brisa Development LLC, Brisa was the winner of the City of Chicopee, Baskin Site in 2020 and the 24-acre Carriage Grove site in Western Massachusetts in 2021 as well as purchaser of properties in Rhode Island and Maine. Ericka has received several awards and citations during the course of both of her careers including, the 2009 Queens Rotary Club “Unsung Hero Award”, 2010 NYS Senate “Constituent of the Month Citation”, 2012 National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) “Woman of the Year Award” the 2015 Mayor Hall -Village of Hempstead “Woman of the Year Award ”, including recognitions from recent colleagues like the New York State Association of Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) 2021 M/WBE of the Year and 2021 Crain’s Notable Business Woman Recognition. Ericka also provides an annual scholarship to young men from Brooklyn, pursuing college with an entrepreneurial spirit, in honor of her late father, Thomas B. Keller.
Dr. Malcolm Punter
President
Malcolm A. Punter earned and was awarded the Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.), holds a Master of Science Law (JSM) degree, a M.B.A in Management & Operations, and a B.S. in Behavioral Science. Dr. Punter is a member of the Metro New York National Black MBA Association, 100 Black Men of New York, Inc., serves as the Secretary of the Adam Clayton Powell Jr Memorial Committee, Inc., as the Vice President of the Black Agency Executives in NYC as well as served on many boards for other civic, housing and fraternal organizations Dr. Punter has distinguished himself as a change agent in the business of Real Estate and as a consultant to investors in distressed markets in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. As President & CEO for Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc. (HCCI) he provides day to day oversight for all aspects of HCCI and manages the financial and operational sustainability of over $ 550 million in real estate assets comprised of 90 mixed-use commercial buildings, a 70 unit commercial leasing portfolio compromised of 60,000 sq. ft. of retail space in Harlem and a myriad of social service programs. Dr. Punter is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and markets diverse housing to qualified buyers and sellers primarily in the New York City. Dr. Punter drives the affordable housing initiatives of HCCI which currently has several new construction projects in production including 135 units of senior housing, 250 cooperative homeownership units, and currently over affordable rental housing preservation and new construction deals in New York, New Jersey, and Georgia. Prior to joining HCCI, Dr. Punter worked in the affordable housing industry on other Central Harlem real estate development projects monitored by NYC HPD, Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. and LISC, the current partners of HCCI in housing development. Dr. Punter created and managed his own family real estate investments with holdings in NY, PA and CT. Dr. Punter has worked as a mentor for youth with various religious and civic organizations in the Harlem community, and lectures on business, economics, and entrepreneurship. He teaches courses at Universities such as the College of New Rochelle, the City College of New York, and New York Theological Seminary. Dr. Punter served as an Adjunct Professor of Social-Science and business management at the College of New Rochelle from 2005 - 2019. Dr. Punter has made guest appearance on various radio program WHCR 90.3, the Voice of Harlem, Sirius XM and HCCI’s own podcast program. Dr. Punter advises churches, mosques and other faith-based organization on the development of their real estate assets to prevent predatory investors from taking advantage of their inexperience in the process.
Juan Restrepo, Esq
Managing Co-Partner
Juan C. Restrepo, Esq. is a skilled real estate practitioner with relevant experience in the fields of community development, commercial and residential real estate transactions, construction, business and real property litigation. Throughout his career, Mr. Restrepo has represented large and small not-for-profit and for profit developers, real estate owners, managers and operators, contractors, and construction managers, as well as community development and supportive housing organizations. Mr. Restrepo has authored various articles and appeared as a guest panelist and speaker in the areas of real estate transactions, leasing and construction.
Anne-Marie A. Hendrickson

Anne-Marie Hendrickson joined Acacia Network in March 2023 as Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing, bringing extensive experience in asset and property management, portfolio expansion, and administration of housing programs. She joined the Acacia family after many years of affordable housing work within the governmental sector, most recently serving as Deputy Commissioner for Asset and Property Management at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). During her tenure at HPD, she assisted in creating the Office of Asset and Property Management to enhance the Agency’s overall preservation capacity and more effectively manage their expanded housing portfolio consisting of over 200,000 units. Anne-Marie began her housing career at HPD as administrative support, but “traded in her typewriter” for a hard hat and became a project manager, working with local not for profit organizations to renovate and operate vacant City-owned properties as long term affordable housing for homeless and low-and-moderate income families throughout the five boroughs of New York City. She held various positions throughout her HPD career, including oversight of the Mitchell Lama Program, administration of the Agency’s housing placement processes through Housing Connect – the City’s premier marketing tool utilized to identify families in filling affordable housing vacancies and coordinated with the Department of Social Services (DSS) to transition homeless families from shelters into permanent housing. As Deputy Commissioner, Anne-Marie also played a pivotal role in the City’s response to emergencies, including operating three transitional shelters that provided relocation services and social service support for families displaced from their homes. As a graduate of the City College of New York, she was a candidate for the prestigious Sloan Public Service Award, has served as a panelist at affordable housing conferences and received awards from her peers and colleagues in the industry for her steadfast commitment to community based affordable housing. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her fiancée and is an avid sports enthusiast.
