NYREC
NYREC is a chamber of commerce comprising well established real estate developers, community development corporations, general contractors and property managers that share a common goal -- the expansion of minority business participation and community development in New York.
MISSION.
The chamber is not for just any firm or organization. Membership is exclusive active participants in the real estate and development industry. The chamber specifically seeks private and nonprofit real estate professionals with an established track record of completed projects that support the growth of minority participation in the real estate industry.
NYREC works collectively to promote, advocate, and protect the interests and inclusion of minority real estate professionals. NYREC represent the voices of the minority business community at large, providing unification and access to many resources.

We partner with groups of investors who pool their money to invest in property purchasing, development, or leasing. The general partnership is usually a corporation, firm, an experienced property manager, or a real estate development firm.
